Congratulations to Britt Radford!

Oklahoma's Small Business Administration awarded Britt Radford, CEO of OCV Control Valves, the 2007 Family Owned Business Award. Britt, a FOBI member since 1999, received the award on May 22nd, 2007 at an awards luncheon in Midwest City sponsored by the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center.

Britt received this recognition based upon the business accomplishments of his family business. Janis Radford-Thomas, Britt’s sister, is also a valued member of the company. The business was founded over 50 years ago by Britt and Janis’ father, Tex Radford.

During National Small Business Week,  Britt was invited by the U.S. Small Business Administration to attend a two-day conference in Washington, D.C., which focused on small business accomplishments. More than 100 outstanding small business owners from around the country were honored at this event. (http://www.sba.gov/sbw/)

We are very proud of Britt's accomplishment. He was previously the winner of the Tulsa Metro Chamber’s Family Business of the Year award in 2006.
