Vietnam, a country with a four-thousand-year history but a young population with more than half of its 84 million people under 30 years old, now promotes itself as one of the most dynamic economies in the world.  Two decades of economic reforms have transformed Vietnam into a lively market. The country now has diplomatic and trade relations with more than 170 countries and territories. Vietnam is now known as a favorite tourism destination for American people, with beautiful beaches, exotic food and hospitable and friendly people.

  • Establishment of diplomatic relations in 1995

  • Bilateral Trade Agreement in July 2000
