As a Black Belt, you will gain the skills in quality improvement systems and tools to drive the project to completion. This course includes all the modules in the Lean Six Sigma Basics, Lean Basics, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Statistics, plus 5 ASQ SSBB Test Prep Courses which assist Black Belt professionals in assessing their level of knowledge using topics covered in the American Society for Quality's Body of Knowledge. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course is designed for middle managers, process owners, or anyone wanting to learn the Six Sigma fundamental skills to impact their process.
