TU Mini-MBA
Earn 45 CPEs/ 4.5 CEUs
Classes are now on Monday
and Thursday - finish the course in fewer weeks.
Based on the true focus of business: the bottom
line.
Build on your management skills and develop an understanding of the
key issues facing business on a daily basis. Unlike many seminars
and programs, the TU Mini-MBA is designed to make certain
participants leave with knowledge and tools for application that
they can actually use in the workplace. Built from a real-world
perspective on a learning platform that ties functional areas to the
bottom line, the TU Mini-MBA is an ideal professional development
step whether you are a newer manager, an experienced manager who
needs a business update or a manager thinking about pursuing a MBA.
Course sessions include case study, group exercises and role play,
in addition to lecture.
As
one of three educational institutions in the nation licensed to use
Paradigm Learning’s Zodiak Financial Strategies Simulation Game, the
Center is proud to use the Zodiak game as a learning platform that
helps tie daily management decisions with bottom line results. It
gives managers the big picture of where they fit in their
organizations and how their decisions—good or bad—drive bottomline
success.
